These Terms govern your use of Card Vault+, a Trello Power-Up operated by the Card Vault+ team. By installing, authorizing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Card Vault+ saves snapshots of Trello cards so you can recover deleted or missing cards, review version history, and restore selected fields on an existing card. It is card-focused recovery—not a full Trello workspace backup, board export tool, or enterprise archive.
Card Vault+ uses the Trello API under your authorization. Your use of Trello remains subject to Atlassian’s terms and policies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Atlassian. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to connect boards and restore card content on those boards.
You are responsible for reviewing restore previews before confirming writes to Trello, choosing appropriate retention settings, and ensuring Card Vault+ is used in compliance with your organization’s policies and applicable law.

Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your Trello content. You grant us the rights needed to store snapshots and perform restores you request.
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars if you use a free plan. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply only to the extent allowed.
